Data Exchange via EDI for the Automotive Sector
Starting in 2015, the global EDI format replaced VDA and EDIFACT messages. The Association of the Automobile Industry (VDA) developed EDI together with leading German car manufacturers, such as BMW, Volkswagen (VW), Audi, and Porsche. IT companies and suppliers also participated in its conception and introduction and helped make it even more practical.
The current version of EDI LINE already meets the new specifications. This robust industry solution also fits seamlessly into »Sage« ERP software. It’s easy to use and accelerates business transactions.
